Pine Grove School located in Rowley, MA

The Pine Grove School took on a full renovation and minor addition, which was conducted in five phases. The original building was constructed in 1954, and is approximately 90,852 square feet. The school serves student in Pre-K through grade 6, approximately 500 students.

Our services included Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC systems engineering to provide an existing conditions assessment which moved forward into design and construction.
Sustainable features include energy efficient lighting fixtures and lamps, automated lighting control system, platform dimming and performance lighting system, electric duct heating coils, and Bacnet energy management system.
