The Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) project involved the rehabilitation of the existing wood-frame building to bring it into compliance with applicable codes. The renovations consist of new windows, exterior siding, reinforced floor structure, new entry deck/accessible ramp, accessible doorways, limited use elevator, interior finishes, HVAC system, lighting, fire alarm system, and miscellaneous renovations and repairs.

Sustainable features include a roof-mounted 3.0 kW photovoltaic solar array system, solar water drain-back tank, and LED lighting.

GGD provided study, design, and construction/closeout phase services for the Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC Systems.
