Christopher M. Garcia, PE, CFPS, MCPPO
Principal 

A 1995 graduate of the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chris has been a Professional Engineer since 2007. Chris is registered in six states, including Massachusetts. He began working at GGD after his college graduation.

​​Chris holds certifications as a Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS), MA Approved Soil Evaluator, and MA Approved Title V System Inspector. He is affiliated with the American Society of Plumbing Engineers, National Fire Protection Association, and Society of Fire Protection Engineers.

Chris manages the Fire Protection, Plumbing, and Civil departments at GGD which consist of six Engineers and Designers. With a hands-on approach, he ensures involvement for all project design phases. He oversees the development of the project with providing direction to his team and collaboration and guidance for the continued growth of his engineers and drafters.
