The project is a new construction of a public safety facility to house the Dedham Police Department and the Dedham Fire Department, as well as dispatch center to serve both departments. The building is proposed as a stand-alone, 3-story structure with one level below grade and two levels above.

GGD services encompass Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Data/Communications systems engineering.
