The project includes, but is not limited to, selective demolition, concrete repair and replacement, masonry repairs & repointing, steel handrails and guard rails, window and door replacement and restoration, flat roof replacement, copper flashing and coping, interior gypsum partitions and ceilings, plaster repairs, interior and exterior painting, waterproofing and coatings, flooring, upgrades to electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, asbestos abatement & encapsulation, specialty weather instrumentation work and tower climbing, and site improvements for ADA access to a National Historic Landmark structure located at the top of Great Blue Hill.
