For this project, we provided full MEP/FP, Technology, and Civil engineering services supporting the construction of Wilmington’s new three‑story, 44,700‑square‑foot Town Hall and School Administration Building. Our work included modern building systems, a refreshed municipal parking lot, improved pedestrian links to nearby community buildings, and careful coordination of site development within a protected wetland buffer under the Conservation Commission’s Order of Conditions.​
