This project features the development of a state-of-the-art, 21,700-square-foot fire station spanning two floors, designed to support modern emergency response operations with efficiency and resilience.

In addition, the scope includes a 2,500-square-foot renovation on the first floor of the Former HQ building, complemented by comprehensive exterior restoration to enhance both functionality and historical character.
