This project delivers a modern, two‑story, 84,620‑square‑foot Berkley Community School designed to support the community’s long‑term educational needs. The work includes replacing the existing school with a new, high‑performance facility and revitalizing the campus with upgraded utilities, parking, playgrounds, sports fields, and landscaped outdoor spaces.

 

The project is pursuing LEED certification, reflecting the town’s commitment to sustainability and healthy learning environments. GGD Consulting Engineers is providing MEP/FP, Technology, and Security system design services.

 

Construction is in progress, with the new school anticipated to open for students in August 2027.
