A mechanical systems study at the Carver Public Library concluded that, although the existing equipment was functional and well maintained, full replacement would provide improved efficiency and serviceability. We designed and administered full HVAC system replacement featuring a building-wide-air-cooled VRF heat pump system with integrated ventilation and energy recovery. Upgraded heating equipment with new high-efficiency condensing boilers, ECM pumps, and replacement exhaust fans. We also provided associated wiring, controls, and an underground leaching pit for neutralized boiler condensate.
