New construction of an 8,400 square foot, single-story, slab-on-grade public library building, framed with wood timber, infilled with conventional wood stud framing, and insulating panel roof. New electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems were also included, and a new parking lot off Care Drive, connections to utilities in the street, and work around the site.

Our firm provided design engineering services for Civil, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Technology.

Our designs consisted of an LP Gas System including Storage Tanks, Water Heating Equipment,  Energy-Efficient Light Fixtures, Lighting Controls, LP Gas-Fueled Generator, Ground Mounted 43.8 kW Photovoltaic Array System, Electric Vehicle Charging Station, and Variable Refrigerant Flow Heating and Cooling Systems.
