The project consists of constructing a new 178,024 square foot, 6-story high rise school and site work, abatement and demolition of existing buildings and sitework.

GGD services encompass Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical (including Security), and Data/Communications systems engineering.

The building is one of the first to open under the Green New Deal for the Boston Public Schools initiative.  JQUS is LEED Platinum Certified.
