New construction of approximately 65,500 S.F. for the new Alma Del Mar Charter School. The school will serve a capacity of 300 students from Kindergarten to Grade 8 however will be constructed to hold a full capacity of nearly 600 students for future needs.

Our services include Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical (including Security), and Data/Communications systems engineering.  

The design includes high-efficiency systems and equipment.
