The project entails the construction of four new buildings at the Bristol County Agricultural High School: the Center of Science & Environment, Commons, Dairy Barn, and Landscape/Arbor Science & Environment. Additionally, it includes the renovation of two existing buildings, Gilbert Hall and Agricultural Mechanics, along with all related site preparation, abatement, demolition, civil work, landscaping, and ancillary construction.

GGD services encompass Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical (including Security), and Data/Communications systems engineering. The Dairy Barn Building is designed to be a Net Zero facility and features a roof-mounted photovoltaic solar array system, while both the Student Commons and CSE will also include similar PV solar array systems.
