The project involves the historic rehabilitation of the existing Cummings House, demolition and removal of existing structures to the east of the Cummings House (the ell, the stairs, the former library structure, the barn), and replacing with a new single-story addition for new community/senior center.

Our services include Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Security, and Technology systems design.  

 

The design includes high-efficiency lighting systems, automated lighting control systems, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system, energy recovery ventilators, electric terminal heating units, DDC automatic temperature controls, electrical water heaters, water metering, and recirculating hot water pumps.
