The Carver Elementary School is a new 2-story building, serving students in Pre-K through Grade 5.

GGD provided all phases of design through project closeout for Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Technology, and Security systems engineering.

Systems design includes a high-efficiency gas-fired condensing boiler plant, energy recovery air handling units, displacement ventilation, high-efficiency AC split-ductless cooling units, building energy management system, high-efficiency plumbing fixtures, and condensing water heaters, new energy-efficient lighting, wiring, and power systems, card access, and intrusion systems.
