The project consists of a new 10,200 SF, two-story addition to the existing Senior Center, selective demolition of existing construction, new interior wall construction, ceilings, interior finishes, casework, kitchens, handicap accessibility, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Sitework consists of site excavation and backfill to accommodate new construction, new paving, new septic systems, new plantings, and new site concrete.

GGD provided design and construction phase services for the engineering of Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Technology systems.

Phase II of the project is for renovations to the existing Senior Center and is currently in the design phase.
