The project consists of a new, single-story public library and associated site work.

Our services included Civil, Plumbing, Fire Protection, HVAC, Electrical, Technology, and Security systems design and construction administration.  Also, we provided Commissioning of systems for the project.

Systems designs included high-efficiency lighting and controls, emergency lighting inverter system, proprietary addressable fire alarm system, variable frequency drive, high-efficiency gas-fired boiler plant, MERV-13 filters for all air handling equipment, energy-efficient motors, energy recovery rooftop units, and proprietary automatic control system/ building energy management system.
