The project involved a two-phase design for the renovations and addition consisting of classrooms, art studios, a new accessible elevator, newly accessible toilet rooms, accessible building entrance, theater and support spaces, dance studio, administrative offices, and new MEP systems.

GGD provided study, design, and construction/project closeout phase services for the Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Technology, and Security systems.

Energy-efficient systems included a variable refrigerant flow HVAC system with heat recovery, electric domestic water heaters, electric unit heaters, LED lighting fixtures and automatic lighting controls, stage lighting and dimming system, and biodiesel fuel emergency generator.
