Formally known as the Coolidge Corner School and Edward Devotion School, this school building received a major renovation and new addition, serving students in Pre-K to grade 8.

Our services included a feasibility study, design, and construction phase services for the Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Security, and Technology systems.

Sustainable features include high-efficiency lighting and controls, VFDs, displacement ventilation, high-efficiency boilers, water-cooled modular centrifugal chiller, and electric water heaters.
