A two-story, new police station was constructed in the Town of East Freetown. GGD provided Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Communications, Security, and Civil systems beginning at the schematic design phase. 

The Systems included in the project were a VRF system, energy-efficient lighting and automated lighting controls, quick-connect generator switchboard, diesel-fueled generator set, generator tap boxes, bi-directional antennae system, air handling units with energy recovery, electric terminal heating units, and air-cooled condensers.
