The Fuller Middle School is a new, three-story school with a multistory common atrium area in its center, with classrooms abutting along the edges with study pods located throughout. 

GGD provided HVAC and Electrical systems study, design, and construction phase services.

Our systems design includes a high-efficiency gas-fired boiler plant,  high-efficiency air-cooled chiller plant, energy recovery air handling units, displacement ventilation, building energy management system, high-efficiency lighting, and controls, daylight harvesting, fire alarm with mass notification system, electrical vehicle charging infrastructure, and provisions for a photovoltaic solar array system.
