New housing development in the Town of Medway, Massachusetts developed in two phases.

Phase I consists of 48 units in four, 3-story buildings which include townhouses and accessible units. 

 

Phase II involved adding 44 units to the complex, designed for senior citizens and are accessible. 

 

MEP-FP engineering design services were provided for the project which includes high-efficiency systems such as LED lighting and daylighting, variable refrigerant flow (VRF) heat recovery system, and rooftop energy recovery units, recirculating hot water pumps, and door entry system with video/intercom.
