The project consists of a new, 10,545 square foot, single-story, public library building, which includes a new area, connections to parking, and drives at the Senior Center.
Our services included Civil, Plumbing, Fire Protection, HVAC, Electrical and Technology design, and construction administration.
LEED documentation, energy modeling, and commissioning of systems were also provided by our office.
This project is anticipating LEED Certification.
