The new construction of the Holbrook PreK through 12 school is to serve approximately 1,095 students. The high-efficiency school includes larger classrooms, media centers, science labs, art, music, and band rooms, special education classrooms, two cafeterias, a 320-seat auditorium, two larger gyms, and other educations classrooms.

GGD provided all phases of design through project closeout for the Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical systems.

This project met LEED Gold requirements and is part of the MSBA program.  This is the first PreK-12 school built in Massachusetts under the Massachusetts School Building Authority.
