The project consists of upgrades to the Elevator at Centralville Garden Elderly Housing Building.  

 

A failed elevator that services four floors for the senior and disabled residents required repair therefore our work included replacing the failed elevator and design of the associated HVAC and Electrical systems, to provide a new fire alarm connection and automatic temperature controls.  

 

GGD provided Prime Consulting services to the Housing Authority.
