To make way for the new police station, two existing buildings were demolished and the design of a temporary trailer facility complex was provided.  

The Orleans Police Station is one level and consists of police operations, a meeting room, and a detention area.

Our design began at a schematic level for Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Communications, Security, and Civil systems engineering.

Systems included in the project involve a  four-pipe ceiling-mounted air induction system, high efficiency gas-fired condensing boilers, high-efficiency air-cooled chiller, energy management system, diesel-fueled emergency generator, energy-efficient lighting fixtures and controls system, public safety radio distributed antenna system, and detention area cell door control panel.
