The James F. Peebles Elementary School is a new school building, serving students in grades 3-5. 

We provided all phases of design through project closeout for the Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical systems engineering.

This project received LEED Silver Certification for sustainable features such as rainwater management, light pollution reduction, indoor and outdoor water use reduction, water metering, and optimized energy performance.
