The Saugus Middle High School is a new, 3 and 4 story building located on the existing high school site.  The building will serve grades 6-12, and hold a capacity of 1,360 students. The school consists of a 750-seat auditorium, new sports complex, state-of-the-art science labs and technology classrooms, outdoor classrooms, and student gardens.

Our services included all phases of design for Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Technology systems engineering.

A projection of 49.5% interior lighting savings is expected due to using all energy-efficient LED lighting fixtures with a lighting power density of 0.51 wsf.
