The Scituate Public Safety project is a new, two-story facility that will house satellite station Fire Station #3 as well as the Police Department.
We conducted a feasibility study and provided schematic through project closeout phase services. Our engineering services included Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Communications systems.
Systems designs included high-efficiency gas-fired condensing boilers, energy recovery units, air-cooled chiller, radiant floor system, ATC control and building BMS system, high-efficiency lighting and automated controls, diesel-fueled generator, and variable frequency drives.
