The project consists of the construction of a three-story, 167,352 GSF elementary school building, subsequent demolition of an existing 71,871 GSF elementary school building, and associated site work including the site and adjacent Vail Field athletic facilities.

Our services included HVAC and Electrical systems engineering from conducting a feasibility study to construction/project closeout phases.

Sustainable features include electric vehicle charging infrastructure, high-efficiency lighting and controls, daylight dimming sensors, exterior diesel generator with a sound attenuated enclosure, mass notification fire alarm system, provisions for a photovoltaic PV system, high-efficiency natural gas-fired condensing boiler plant, dehumidification displacement ventilation system, energy recovery air handling units, and VRF system.
