The project consists of the construction of a 188,400 square foot middle-high school located on a 40-acre site. The building consists of four components with common areas in its center, the high school on the west end of the building, a middle school on the east end, and an athletics wing.

Our services included Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Security, and Technology systems engineering.  Also, we provided the Technology Equipment Procurement for audio/visual, computer, network switches & WAP, and telephone systems.

Sustainable features include high-efficiency plumbing fixtures and gas-fired water heater, high-efficiency gas-fired condensing boiler plant, energy recovery air handling units, displacement ventilation system, DDC automatic temperature control and building energy management system, energy-efficient lighting, and lighting controls, addressable fire alarm system with mass notification, intrusion, and closed-circuit television system.
